Steven joined the Dental Law Partnership in March 2004 as an office junior and during the summer of 2005 was promoted to I.T. Support Technician.
As an I.T. Support Technician Steven’s responsibility is to maintain the firms I.T. systems in an operational state, to advise on any changes in I.T. requirements, provide I.T. support to all departments and to liaise with suppliers and other contractors. In this role Steven has been responsible for the introduction of new technologies into the firm including a secure VPN allowing solicitors and other staff to work from home and a remote backup system. Steven continues to work towards improving the firms I.T. Systems to see DLP into the future.
Steven, originally from Zimbabwe, attended the Christian College of Southern Africa where his I.T. training began. Now a Comptia A+ Certified Technician, Steven is currently studying towards his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Certification.
In his spare time Steven enjoys online gaming and computing.
